Our Lord wanted the novena 9 days before Shrove Tuesday but the novena said any time there is a great need for reparation. Our Lord asked for the nine days before Lent begins but one could also pray the novena anytime during Lent. Maybe nine days before Good Friday. During the novena we will walk with our Lord and compassionate our Lord in his sufferings. “I looked for one to comfort me but I found none.” Psalm 69:20 Will You join me in daily prayer to atone for our sins and let us ask Our Lord to help us to make a good Lent. We do not know if this will be our last lent and the last opportunity for us to do penance. Continue reading
