Archbishop Coakley comments on Black Mass- “The Hour has Come!”

G.K. Chesterton, a convert from the Anglican Church wrote; “To have a right to do a thing is not at all the same as to be right in doing it”

Opposing the Black Mass with Virtue of OBEDIENCE

CoakleyArchbishop Coakley on his archdiocesan blog comments: “Even though our city leaders apparently do not take this threat seriously, I do. As a Catholic priest and bishop I have witnessed in my ministry the battle between forces of good and evil in both ordinary and extraordinary ways. It is not merely a struggle rooted in human weakness and ignorance, though these are certainly the source of much suffering and mayhem in our lives and in our world. Demonic activity and the chaotic forces of evil are very real. The madness of war accompanied by increasingly brutal acts of terror, the violence in our schools and communities are all evidence that something is terribly wrong.

                Fight evil with obedience

We can make up for sin and give more power to the forces of good through the virtue of obedience.

So I am joining with Archbishop Paul S. Coakley  not to go to the Civic Center but rather join the Archbishop  in obedience to his most  recent directives “THE HOUR HAS COME” The Archbishop  invited everyone to go  and join him at St Francis of Assisi Church for a peaceful prayerful  Eucharistic witness. Do not go to the Civic Center Venue to confront the Satanists.

Archbishop Coakley is discouraging protestors from engaging with those present at  at the black mass. In his most recent statement on his blog titled “THE HOUR HAS COME” the archbishop commented: “I am aware that other groups are planning to show their opposition to the blasphemous event at the Civic Center. I urgently ask everyone to avoid confrontations with those who might oppose them,” he says.

“Our witness ought to be reverent, respectful and peaceful.”  (MAY I ADD OBEDIENT!) The archbishop commented “I urge those who might plan to attend the black mass in order to pray or to protest not to do so! Please do not enter the venue. It would be presumptuous and dangerous to expose oneself or others to these evil influences.”  The devil is real and not to be played with.

Obedience will help keep the lid on pandora’s box!

The Archbishop  has invited all Catholics, Christians, and people of good will to join him in prayer at 3 pm.on Sunday, Sept. 21st.“We will gather for a public act of worship at St. Francis of Assisi Church.  I invite all Catholics as well as other Christians and people of good will to join us for a Eucharistic Holy Hour, an outdoor Eucharistic procession and Benediction beginning at 3 p.m. We will prayerfully bear witness to our faith as an expression of our solidarity and in reparation for acts of blasphemy. Bishop Slattery has asked all parishes of his diocese to conduct a Eucharistic Holy Hour at the time the Black Mass is taking place.

Don't MessAttend Spiritually with prayers to help STOP the Black Mass on September 21st.
and for those who are going please reconsider where you hold your peaceful prayerful protest in Oklahoma City.  It will have much more spiritual effect if done in obedience a united front of Christian witness! Do it in union with the bishops not on our own agendas because of a media effect.  You will really be helping to exorcise the civic center and the church from the effects of the  “smoke of satan. You will be fighting a spiritual battle with spiritual weapons. You will be helping to expel the smoke of satan from civic center and in the church  through the sins of very proud disobedient Catholics.  Read more…..
